Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
100% of orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and may vary between shipping companies. Free Standard shipping on orders over $35.
Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories DHL may take 5-10 business days and shipping fee may apply and orders to Canada may also be subject to customs fees.

How It Works
Easy 30-Day Return Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at support@cpc-ecoproducts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping label that will be issued to customer is not free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@cpc-ecoproducts.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. You may return most new, unopened items, that includes original manufactures packaging, documentation, manual cards and literatures and it is in good condition sold and fulfilled by CPC Eco Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or the 2024 holiday season, most of the items purchased between 11 October and 25 December 2024 can be returned until 31 January 2025

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception or withing two days from delivery date and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CPC Eco Products is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. CPC Eco Products is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Warranty Information
The Information You Need to Know
Note: This limited warranty is provided by CPC Eco Products to you as the original purchaser of the electronic product(s) you purchased (the “Product”).
We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of your original retail purchase from us, except that if the Product is a consumable product (for example, an ink cartridge), this limited warranty is null and void with respect to the Product as soon as the consumable part of the Product (for example, the ink) has been consumed. If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the Product, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (i) replace the Product with either a new or a refurbished Product that is the same as or similar to the Product you purchased; (ii) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts; or (iii) refund to you the purchase price of the Product.
There is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement Product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities as the Product returned to us. Technological advances and Product availability may result in your receiving a replacement Product with a lower selling price than the original Product you purchased. In all cases, Product comparability will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
This limited warranty applies only to Products purchased within the United States (including the lower 48 states, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but excluding APO/FPO addresses that are outside of those named jurisdictions)(collectively, the “Territory”). Replacement and repaired Products or parts will only be shipped to addresses within the Territory, and refunds will only be credited to accounts located within the Territory.
This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Product. This limited warranty applies only to Products that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations or repair, or commercial use. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.
This limited warranty applies to any replacement Product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from its shipment to you, whichever period is longer. All parts and Products that you return to us and for which we give you a refund or replacement will become our or our affiliate’s property upon our receipt, and you agree that any unexpired part of this limited warranty on the replaced or refunded part or Product also transfers to us. Failure to ship the damaged part or Product back to us may result in your being charged for the replacement part or Product at full retail price.

Customer service will ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, a replacement order, repair order or refund will be issued, and you’ll be given instructions for returning the defective Product, postage paid. If we choose to send you a replacement or to repair your product, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired Product to you. The Conditions of Use for the Amazon.com website as they exist and are amended from time to time (the “Conditions of Use”), are incorporated into this limited warranty by reference, including without limitation the limitations of liability, disclaimers, choice of venue and jurisdictional provisions. In the case of any inconsistencies between the Conditions of Use and this limited warranty, this limited warranty will control. All subsequent amendments to the Conditions of Use are automatically incorporated herein at the time of the amendment.
Further Limitations. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES. IF WE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES WILL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY US IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
